Our Approach

Adjust the Joints – Your joints and soft tissues need to be mobile enough to allow you to move and strong enough to handle the physical stress of exercise and daily life. But like a car out of alignment, when your joints become fixated and lose normal mobility, you begin to break down. Chiropractic care corrects the mechanical stress to your spine; improves joint alignment and range of motion; increases muscle tone and flexibility; reduces pain and recovery time.

Adjust the Movement – You can get really good at protecting body parts in pain. You learn to move in a way that avoids aggravating the pain. Unfortunately, this causes the surrounding muscles to weaken; joints stiffen; and movement becomes more difficult and painful. To provide long lasting relief from chronic pain, your spinal structures and supporting tissues must be actively reconditioned through strengthening exercises. Based on your movement screen, we will design an exercise program to help restore spinal function, activity level, and personal independence.

Adjust the Diet – No training or exercise program is effective unless complemented by proper nutrition. You can’t train or recover well when you don’t have the right nutrients. We can design a supplement program to correct any deficiencies. We then help you find the most realistic diet plan for you. You will learn how to eat better most of the time in a way that increases your energy and makes you leaner and stronger.

  • Is chronic neck and back pain messing up your life? Affecting your work? Interrupting your sleep? Interfering with your relationships?

Pain can result from an injury, illness, poor posture, or bad movement patterns. It becomes chronic when the pain continues long after the injury has healed.

Only a small percentage of chronic pain has an actual need for surgery. The rest of us must find another solution.

That’s why we are here. Are you ready to move, look, and feel better?
