During your complimentary consultation, we will review your health history and any symptoms you may be having. We will also discuss your health and fitness goals. If you are a candidate for our program (care), we will do our initial analysis: including a bio-mechanical exam, foot analysis, movement screen, measurements and pictures. Please wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Approximately 1 hour
Routine visits start with a chiropractic adjustment to reduce mechanical stress to the spine followed by a series of corrective/strength exercises. Visits are 30 minutes long, twice a week, typically 6-12 weeks.
Advance Spinal Fitness
Once you have completed your program the Advanced Spinal Fitness Program can help you maintain and continue to build your spinal fitness. Spinal fitness can help you achieve your health and fitness goals whether its weight loss, preventing future back pain, improved sports performance, or to simply look great. Taught in small groups
